This competition was held on  Thursday 23  November 2023 at the home of Walsall P.S. The competition was judged by Paddy Rusk.

The final scores were  Stafford C.C. 519 points, Walsall P.S. 502 points.

Every year the club holds the Radu Handoca Trophy Competition.

A competition held in honour of Radu Handoca, 5 placed images chosen by the judge and one image chosen by Radu’s family as their ‘favourite image’. This year’s theme was ‘Food’

MCPF Photofolio 2022

Stafford Camera Club entered this competition for the first time and achieved great results. The competition was in three sections, each consisting of 15 images; these were 15 Colour Prints, 15 Mono Prints and 15 Projected Images (DPI’s).

We had 33 accepted images and were placed 5th in Mono with 174 points,  6th in Colour prints with 168 points and 19th in DPI’s with 169 points.

Stafford Camera Club offers a wide range of activities to suit all abilities such as talks, practical workshops as well as internally ran competitions for projected images and prints which are assessed by external judges.  Assistance from more experienced members will be on hand to help.

Stafford Camera Club were joint 2nd in the Staffordshire Photographic Clubs Print Competition held at Lee Hall in Rugeley on 13.04.22

We are pleased to announce that Stafford Camera Club came joint 2nd with 166 points (joint with Cannock Photographic Society), the winners were Stafford Photographic with 169 points. 

11 clubs took part, each exhibiting 10 pictures.

Well done to all the SCC organisers / selecters, and the authors of our club’s images.

It is wonderful to be able to celebrate our successes- the club is improving and developing all the time.

Inter-club competition with Acton Trussell & Penkridge Photographic Society

On Tuesday 25th January 2022 the annual competition took place, this year the hosts were Acton Trussell, we were lucky to win as there was stiff competition from  Acton Trussell & Penkridge Photographic Society. The final scores were 503 to Stafford Camera Club  and 478 to Acton Trussell & Penkridge Photographic Society.

Midland Counties Photographic Federation Photofolio 2021

Stafford Camera Club members  were placed 4th out  of 49 clubs in the Open Monochrome section in this regional event.
